- Description
- The National Park Service will solicit quotations for modifications to the Mabry Mill Concessions Area located on the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 176.1 near Meadows of Dan, Virginia. The work includes repairing a 9-foot by 16-foot concrete bridge; relocating 2 storage buildings; constructing a grassed waterway, 3 parking spaces, and a concrete pad (apron); installing a security light, meter base, and 6-foot high security fence and gate; and site restoration. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS Code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $12 million. This acquisition is unrestricted and quotations will be accepted from any responsible offeror. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the www.ccr.gov website to be eligible for contract award. Solicitation Q5140040040 will be available on or about July 20, 2004 and posted on the FedBizOpps website.
