- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to G ans & Pugh Associates, Inc., Engineering Representatives, 690 Center Street, Herndon, VA 20170 for the purchase of following custom system item: Item 0001: Custom Systems and related component number IDS-L300-C516 Control Receiver, 5 each; Item 0002, Upgr ade IDSA-C517 (10) Magnasphere 160 each with a delivery date to INSCOM on or before September 30, 2004. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Inter ested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Ms. Gloria J. Hebron, Contract Specialist, COMMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Ft. Belvoir, VA, facsimile number 703-42 8-4914, and email address ghebron@inscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) days of this electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice may represe nt the only official notice.
