- Instrument metering transformers shall be outdoor wound type, single-phase, SF6 gas filled in accordance to attached specifications for Carter??????s Pumped Storage Facility, Chatsworth, GA. NOTE: CONTRACT TYPE : LOWEST PRICED, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. SCHEDULE TIME: 180 DAYS. NO INSTALLATION REQUIRED, SUBMITTALS REQUIRED. (1) The government intends to award one contract for all items. (2) Any variance from requested quantities should be noted at time of bid. NAICS CODE: 237130. SIC CODE: 1623, SIZE STANDARD: $28,500,000. The Request For Quotation will be available on June 29, 2004 and closing date is July 8, 2004 at 2:00 P.M (CST). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Offerors are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet and download the Request For Quotation at the following Internet Site: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil/ and click on Contracts.
