- The C-5 directorate intends to enter into a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to purchase new manifold Assemblies. The NSN is 1650-01-327-1355UC; the part number is 4H90628-101A.The item is 6? long, 2? wide and 5? high. The item is a control assy, nut driven actuator for the horizontal stabilizer. The predominant material of manufacture is aluminum. In addition to the instant contract quantity range of 8 to 15 ea; 4 out years with quantity ranges of 1 to 10 will be solicited. The requirement is sole source to Fluid Regulators, 313 Gillett ST, Painesville OH 44077-2918. Authority for sole source is FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. CBD notes 22,23 and 26 apply.
