- Description
- The C-5 Directorate intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Hydraulic Motors, P/N MF1-095-2, and NSN: 1650-00-225-1878UC. The purpose of the hydraulic motor is to convert aircraft system hydraulic power into rotary mechanical power to drive the pitch trim actuator assembly on C-5 aircraft. The solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. In addition to the instant contract of 4 each 4 out years with quantity ranges of 1 to 10 each will be solicited. The requirement is sole source to Eaton Aerospace LLC, Vickers Fluid Power, 5353 Highland DR, Jackson MS 39206-3449. Authority for sole source is FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. CBD notes 22, 23 and 26 apply. The solicitation will be posted to FEDBIZZOPPS on 3 Sep 03 with a response date of 19 Sep 03. No telephone request please.
