- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F77CES417301. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. This synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR DYESS INN. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This award will be made on the basis of lowest cost, technically acceptable. Include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with this offer.
