Description

Contractor to provide personnel, equipment and supplies to perform mammography services for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The contract period will be September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2005 with two (2) pre-priced option years. Issue date is Tuesday June 29, 2004, with offers due no later than 4:00PM CT on Thursday June 29, 2004. Electronic copies of the solicitation can be obtained free of charge from the Federal Business Opportunities website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Any and all questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621512, with a size standard of $11.5 million. Electronic offers will not be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
