- Description
- SOW is for installation of tempered air makeup in 2 dormitories. Heated water will come from existing system. Work consist of installing rooftop exhaust fans (approx 1500-2000 CFM)for each dorm corridor. Additionally, install tempered air makeup (hot water) systems to provide makeup air to the corridors, and will be located on the roof. Recommend 1" hot water copper piping (approx 200'). Contractor will furnish all labor and materials, and removing all excess at end of job.
