Description

THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM A RFP TO IFB. This solicitation is for gravel resurfacing. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform required gravel resurfacing of existing secondary roadways within the boundaries of the Savannah River Site (SRS) in accordance with specifications. The resulting indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be for a period of 1 year. The size standard for this unrestricted solicitation is $28.5 million under NAICS code 237310. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about 28 Jun 2004. SRS is a restricted access Government facility. The magnitude of the solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. A minimum of 72 hours is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens. Contractors should pay close attention to the deadlines to submit information required to gain access for site visit included in the solicitation. Offerors must register on this website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings.
