- MODIFICATION - THIS PROJECT IS A JOBS IN THE WOODS PROJECT -Competition is limited to individuals and businesses within the following counties:Washington: Okanogan, Douglas, Chelan, Kittitas, Yakima, Klickitat, Skamania, Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Pacific, Lewis, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Jefferson, Clallam, Kitsap, Island, San Juan, King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom;Oregon: Wasco, Jefferson, Deschutes, Lake, Klamath, Jackson, Josephine, Curry, Coos, Douglas, Lane, Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Washington, Columbia and Clatsop;California: Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, Lake, Trinity, Humboldt, Del Norte and Mendocino. Project will provide for replacement of two existing stream crossings; one with a structural steel bottomless arch culvert and one site will consist of a bottomless box culvert. The project is located about 18 miles north of Highway #96 in the Beaver Creek Drainage. The work will consist of complete creek channel diversion, and removal of corrugated structural plate pipes, traffic control, and installation of bottomless arch and box culverts. The project will require excavating of fills and hauling and placing of fill and waste material. The project will also require haul and placement of pit run rock. Price Range is $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated start date is Aug. 10, 2004 with a contract time of 90 calendar days. Solitation will be available for downloading from this Site on or about June 29, 2004. Offerors will be recquired to submit a technical and price proposal. Evaluation criteria will be clearly spelled out in Section M.
