- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is issuing Amendment 0001 in order to clarify time and location of the announced Pre-Proposal Conference to be held July 8, 2004 at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. Conference will be held between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Building 3D, Room 7316, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19111-5096. The Amendment also clarifies that the procurement is "Unrestricted" and does not include Hubzone. Block 10 of Page 1 of the solicitation is hereby corrected. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. Those who plan to do so are required to indicate their interest in attending, and to complete the attendance form attached to the solicitation. Prospective offerors are requested to submit questions, in writing, along with the attendance form at least five (5) days prior to the conference to allow inclusion of the questions in the agenda. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference and offerors are asked to confirm verbal questions in writing. The Government will not be liable for expenses incurred by an offeror prior to contract award.
