- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard intends to award a requirements contract to procure commercial, non-developmental Voice Flight Data Recorders (VFDR) in accordance with G-WKS-VFDR-040607 specifications. Platform requirements include: HH-60J, HH-60T and HH-65C aircraft. The procurement includes flight hardware and software, ground systems hardware and software, and supporting documentation. The anticipated term of the contract is one base year and four one-year option periods (if exercised). The estimated quantity is 35 flight units per year, total estimated quantity is 175 flight units. Delivery to USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center Elizabeth City, North Carolina 27909 is required. The Test Program for Commercial Items will be utilized for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Requests for the solicitation should be made no later than 9 July 2004. ONLY written requests will be accepted either by telefax or mail.
