- This amendment is issued to address various changes to the RFQ: The government has a requirement for the purchase and installation of 61 inch flat plasma screens with the option to purchase up to four additional screens. The term of the contract will be from the date of contract award through 31 December 2004.The plasma screens have to be wall mounted. Each screen is supposed to be interfaced to accept four (minimum - eight or sixteen maximum) sources and display in quad or displaying a full screen, any one of the four images/sources. The quad splitter will be external to the computer. The quad display should have a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768. The specification should be state-of-the art technology. Burn-in protection with auto pixel shift is required. Please provide a standard warranty serviced from Europe. Also include dual voltage auto sensing 110/220 VAC 50/60 Hz with an American stile AC plug. The controls for the screens shall be located at the nearest console. Push button controls are acceptable, more automated controls are allowed as long as another screen or control panel is not added. The following is the revised CLIN structure: Provide a price for CLIN 0001, Purchase of six inch wall mounted flat plasma screens including all the specifications mentioned above, Qty 6 each , CLIN 0002, Installation of 61 inch wall mounted flat plasma screens, Qty 6 each, CLIN 0003, Shipping and Handling, Qty 1 lot, CLIN 0004, OPTION – Purchase of 61 inch wall mounted flat plasma screens, Qty 4 each, CLIN 0005, OPTION – Installation of 61 inch wall mounted flat plasma screens, Qty 4 each, CLIN 0006, OPTION – Shipping and Handling, Qty 4 each. The quotation due date is slipped to 07 July 2004.
