- The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation release date to April 26, 2004. The site visit/pre construction conference will be held at 10:00am, May 6, 2004 at The John F. Kennedy Center, Hall of States entrance, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566. If you plan to attend the site visit, you must register with Tara Hobson, Contract Specialist by email at trhobson@kennedy-center.org, no later than COB May 4, 2004. The proposals for this solicitation will be due by 3:00pm, May 26, 2004. The solicitation and any amendments will only be posted electronically on the www.fedbizopps.gov website. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-APR-2004).
