- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) has a requirement for Full Food Services at the Edwards AFB, CA dining facility. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. The contractor shall provide all personnel and resources, except for government furnished property, necessary to manage and operate a dining facility. The contractor shall provide sufficient qualified and trained personnel to perform the work and shall perform all management, supervision, administration, training and operational functions. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is S203, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, with a corresponding size standard of $17.5 million. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act (RSA), Public Law 83-556, blind vendors, through the State Licensing Agency. It is anticipated that a fixed-price award fee (FPAF) type contract will be awarded. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005, with four, one-year option periods, ending 30 Sep 09. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 16 April 2004 with award estimated to take place in August. The solicitation will be electronically posted to the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov (FBO). Draft documents will be incrementally posted as they are completed. An Industry Day/Site Visit will be scheduled and posted in FBO. All questions relating to this notice must be submitted to the following email address: kim.davis@edwards.af.mil. Specify the request for proposal (RFP) number and include your complete firm name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone and fax number. No paper copies of the RFP will be provided.
