Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) seeks a contractor to provide custodial services, which include as a minimum, cleaning; recycling; trash removal; pest control and window washing, for the NRC?s White Flint Complex located in Rockville, Maryland. The period of performance will be one-year with four one-year option periods. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This procurement is 100% set-aside for a small business. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or before July 15, 2004. The closing date will be 30 days after the issue date. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $14 million over the past three years as set forth under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720.
