- This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This competitive acquisition is 100% set aise for small business concerns. This requirement is for full facility management services; operations and maintenance; custodial; a construction rep. position; preventive maintenance; service calls; mechanical maintenance repair/architectural repair; snow removal; trash/rubbish/removal/recycling; carpet cleaning; landscape; window washing and blind cleaning. The facility support services will be performed in the following Government owned facilites(12 locations: Gene Snyder USCT, Louisville, KY; Romano L. Mazzoli FB, Louisville, KY; PO-CT, Lexington, KY; J.C. Watts FB, Frankfort, KY; Covington CT, Covington, KY; FB, Owensboro, KY; William H. Natcher FB-CT, Bowling Green, KY; PO-CT, Pikeville, KY; CT annex, London, KY; FB-CT, London, KY; FB-CT, Paducah, KY; FB-CT, Ashand, KY. The contract term will include a base (12 month) period plus four (4) 12 moth option periods. The project magnitude is between $1,850,000.00 to $1,950,000.00. NAICS code is $56170, size standard is $30.0Mil. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 7/8/04. The anticipated pre-solicitation meeting date is 7/15/04. Although, the pre-solicitation meeting date is not firm, please be advised that we will notify you promptly when a firm date has been secured.
