- Description
- The Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to procure 10 each WANSync Windows 2000 SQL Standard Server software licenses to include one year support. This product is designated to be compatible with existing infrastructure and is available from only one source. Therefore, the government intends to procure this software licenses and support on a sole source basis from XOsoft, Inc., 19925 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014-2358. XOsoft, Inc. retains proprietary rights and is the only company approved for this purchase. Delivery will be made to: NADEP Receiving Officer, Cherry Point, NC. See note 22.
