- Pre-Solicitation--RFQ N68711-04-T-7736, INSTALL ETHANOL TANK AT BLDG. 2035 (C581-03) at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for installation of Government furnished 10,000 gallon, above ground ethanol tank complete with concrete foundation, concrete pavement, electrical, controls, grounding and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications. NOTE: All Federal Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, new contract awards can only be made to contractors who are registered in the CCR. CCR Web site: www.ccr.gov ; request form at 1-800-334-3414. Specifications & Drawings available on the Internet Site on or about 09 July 2004. Site Visit 10:00 AM, local time, 6 July 2004. Only one site visit will be offered. Quotes are due by 4:30 PM, local time, 24 July 2004. Duration of contract 60 calendar days. Estimated Cost Range between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code 238110/SIC 1771. The related Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 Million. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Plans and Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet. It is therefore the Contractor?s responsibility to check the below listed address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation?s plans and specifications. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Download from the Internet is free of charge; however, some plans and specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download. Telephone or FAX requests will not be accepted.
