Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about July 7, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000.The NAICS code is 238350. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitations and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. The work of this contract consists of removal and replacement of 88 windows and lintels in housing units. The location of the work to be performed is at Fort Tilden, Queens, NY 11695. An organized site visit will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2004, at 10 a.m. at the Building 1, Fort Tilden, Queens, NY 11695.
