- Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to Paul Daneker at paul.r.daneker@usace.army.mil. The Seattle District has a requirement for the continued operation of the Government-owned Visitor Center at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, located at 3505 Northwest 54th Street, Seattle, WA. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment nec essary to operate the Regional Visitor Center and provide Interpretive Tour Program. Proposed procurement will result in FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713990 and the Standard Industry Classification Code (SIC) is 7999 with size standard of $5.0 Million. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on Seattle District U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification about amendments. The s olicitation will be available for download on or about 9 July 2004.
