Description: Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Arkansas has a requirement for Applicator Pad Material in accordance with Drawing 5-77-3208 dated 18 Jun 99. A first article will be required 30 days after receiving order and delivery to begin 15 days after first article ap proval. The first article quantity is 10 yards. The order quantity is 250,000 yards with a 100% option requirement. The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this action is 313230.
