Required delivery without First Article is 55 each 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Honeywell International, Inc., CAGE Code: 64547 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it po ssible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in o rder to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
