- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center in San Juan P.R. will hold a Pre-Solicitation conference on July 15, 2004 from 8:30 a.m. Thru 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room No. C-34 basement, at the main building. Please contact Eng. Iris Rosario for directions at (787) 641-7582 ext. 10363. The laundry mechanical room equipment that the facility plans to purchase at this time includes the following: 1. (Qty 1) Laundry Water System consisting of, but not limited to: (1) 1,550 Gallon Stainless Steel Hot Water Storage Tank with steam heating and condensate cooling units, (1) 1,550 Gallon Stainless Steel Tempered Water Storage Tank, (1) Triple Pumping Package, 10 HP Motors, (1) Control Package. 2. (Qty 1) Waste Water Heat Recovery System that includes (1) heat recovery unit, (1) Waste Water Pump. 3. (Qty 1) Recycled Water system consisting of (1) 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Recycled Water Storage Tank with heating unit. (1) Dual Pumping package. 4. (Qty 1) Remote Status Display Panel. 5. (Qty 1) Water Softener System. 6. (Qty 2) 25 HP Air Compressors with Refrigerated Air Dryers. 7. (Qty 1) Condensate Unit with 75-Gallon Cast Iron Receiver. All electrical, plumbing and utilities installations for existing laundry equipment. Draft specifications will be available for review and comment. No ?as build? drawings are available.
