Description: HVAC and mechanical equipment replacement - Modifications to an existing HVAC system including, but not limited to, asbestos removal, replacement of air handling equipment, chiller, boilers, reheat coils, exhaust fans, control equipment replacement, air compressor, hot water tank and booster pumps, VAV replacement, cleaning of ducts, and balancing of equipment. It is the Contractor?s responsibillity to provide a complete and operating system to the Owner in compliance with these specifications and all applicable codes.
