- NSN: 2930013681071 Item Description: Radiator, Engine Coolant, used on 15KW tactical quiet generators. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: CAGE 73540 PN X-5518. Quantity (including option quantity) Indefinite Quantity Contract Base + 4 option years total estimated quantity is 2080 ea. Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: CONUS stocking locations specified per delivery order. Delivery Schedule: 95 days from date of delivery order. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 12,26 The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9, July 2004. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: CAGE 73540 PN X-5518. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
