NOTE: THE CITED DRAWING IS A SOURCE CONTROLLEDDRAWING AND AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION ONLY THE SOURCE(S) CITED ON THE DRAWING HAVE BEEN APPROVED. The items are being procured in accordance with drawing numbers listed below: ELSON INDUSTRIES IN 0TW02 P/N 27053N DEPARTMENT OF DEFENS 30554 P/N 98-19607 I/A/W DRAWING NR 30554 98-19607 BASIC DTD 08/28/98 AMEND NR E DTD 08/09/00 TYPE NUMBER SOURCE CONTROL DRAWING. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 264 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The contract is for the base year and up to 4 option years. The required delivery schedule is for up to 66 each to be delivered within 60 days with an additional 22 each every 30 days thereafter. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after 07/12/04 ?http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. The drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web site. If drawing is not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L11D02 Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, and buyer name and number. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation.
