- See note 26. NSN: 2920-01-477-1320, Actuator, Electro-Mechanical Linear, is being bought in accordance with Source Controlled Drawings 30554 PN 98-19580. Solicitation is for a possible Long Term Contract with estimated annual quantity of 468 each. Quantities and deliveries are detailed in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of __July 16, 2004____. Drawings/ specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed __5__ years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This an unrestricted solicitation.
