- Description
- DHS requires an enterprise solution for back office operations to help maximize people, processes and information technology investments so that more resources can be made available to support the mission of Homeland Security. The eMerge2 Program will help transition DHS from 22 Bureaus with 78 resource management systems towards the goal of ?one DHS?. On June 6, 2004, the Draft eMerge2 Request for Quotation was released on FedBizOpps. Several changes were made to the Draft RFQ and Appendices since the release of the Draft. In order to ease the identification of these changes, the Government has provided the following: (1) The Final RFQ contains track changes, which displays the revisions from the Draft RFQ (2) Appendix H contains the Change Requests (CR) that were submitted and changed within the Draft architectural artifacts and requirements. (3) Appendix G contains all of the questions submitted by Offerors and the Goverment's response.
