- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO FOR W914NS-04-Q-0184, IS TO CLARIFY THE GOVERNMENT’S MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. 1. CLIN 0003. The word “SEDAN” is deleted and is replaced with “CREW CAB”. All other requirements for CLIN 0003 remain the same. 2. CLIN 0005. The word “DIESEL” is deleted and is replaced with “GASOLINE”. All other requirements for CLIN 0005 remain the same. 3. CLIN 0006. The requirement for airbags is deleted. All other requirements for CLIN 0006 remain the same. 4. CLIN 0007. The requirement for airbags is deleted. All other requirements for CLIN 0007 remain the same. 5. There is no extension to the due date for the quote. 6.
