- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for: Description of CLIN 0001: 1 EA P/N 190-0000-JSF, JPATS Male Test Dummy, JPATS 99 Percentile Tested/Certified, Non-Instrumented Standard head will be replaced with JSF Head. Description of CLIN 0002 1 EA P/N 240-0000-JSF, JPATS Female Test Dummy, JPATS 103lbs Test/Certified, Non-Instrumented Standard head will be replaced with JSF Head. Manikans are used in rocket sled testing under high dynamic acceleration and vibration conditions. Manikins must meet requirement of survival in environment of 100 linear G’s. "Brand Name Or Equal". Manufacturer: First Technology Safety Systems. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solication will not be issued. This solicitation FA4801-04-Q0400 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This procurement is not set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 339111. The size standard is 500 employees. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate. Delivery of services by: 30 days ADC. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88310. FOB Destination. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate.
