- Description
- The USCG Engineering Logistics Center (USCG ELC) is seeking qualified sources to manufacture the following: Cap, Fairwater, NSN 2010 01-006-4718, Quantity 10 each. Items shall be manufactured in accordance with Coast Guard Drawing Number 378FRAM-W-245-030 (see attachments). Coast Guard QA shall be required. Pattern/mold shall be released as Government Furnished Property. Pattern/mold shall be returned to USCG ELC upon completion of work. Delivery of completed items shall be FOB Destination USCG ELC, Baltimore,MD 21226 on or before 2 August 2004. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. NOTE: Packing, Marking and bar code specifications are available via fax or e-mail to all interested parties, please contact Mr. Wakefield. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2001. NAICS code for this solicitation is 332721 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
