- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items, prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information in this notice. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All potential sources may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commecial procedures as outlined at FAR 12 and in conjuction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All potential offeror must be Central Contractor Regisered (CCR) at DFARS 240.7302. The closing date is July 1, 2004, Time 0800, Pacific Time. The estimated award date is July 3, 2004. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in Acquisition Circular: FAC-2001-107. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3827 and the NAICS is 333314.
