- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR l2.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA8604-04-R-3104 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY 0001 dSPACE controller board (Part # ACE1103). 2 Consists of DS1103 PowerPC 1 GHz controller board, adapter cables, and CDP1103 Control Development Package + Microtec C Cross Compiler. 0002 Software Maintenance Service for University 24 license upgrades for one (1) month (Part # UUC-SMS). 0003 Rack-mounted PX10 (Part # PX10/814/817/Opt) 2 Offerors must quote each line item listed above. Ship to: AFIT/ENY, Area "B," Bldg 640, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. Delivery is required within thirty (30) days of award, FOB destination , and net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-3 (Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. WPAFB intends to award to dSPACE Inc., 28700 Cabot Drive, Suite 1100, Novi, MI 48377. AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
