Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice The following product and/or services are to be procured on a firm fixed price basis. Naics Code is: 511210, Size Standard is: (NTE) $21,000,000, the SIC Code is: 7372. This procurement is a Small Business set aside and an award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. However; if a small business cannot provide the listed item, then a business that is considered other than small, may be selected. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for contractor services for Limited Use Licenses for the following BEA Products: Tuxedo and Jolt Products. Please note: these licenses are limited to use with ATF’s Momentum based FreD (Financial Resources Desktop System) only. Annual Software Maintenance for 1000 Concurrent Users. Contractor Services will support existing features conforming to Accessibility Standards and future enhancements to software for Section 508 Compliance. Coverage is needed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a 2 hour response time. The contractor must be an authorized dealer for BEA in order to qualify for the opportunity. Evaluation factors in declining order of importance are as follow: Quality, Technical Capability and Price. Quotes must include price and product literature information that lists specifications. Award will be based on meeting the technical specifications listed above on an ALL OR NONE basis, and price. This award will be for one base year, with 4 one-year options. The facility must be registered in the Department of Defense’s Central Contractor Registration database www.ccr.gov to receive this award. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
