- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Makah Cultural Research Center for the office of Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary located in Port Angeles, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is for services to educate visitors on the purpose and resources of Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary and to conducts interpretation programs at key visitor destinations in cooperation with partner agencies and Indian Tribes. Contractor has been identified as a the only source who can complete work under proposed contract because direct involvement by the Makah Tribe is crucial to these programs and the project focus on Makah Cultural traditions that relate to marine resources as well as conservation and management of natural resources. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
