- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to pursue and negotiate through other-than full and open competition a contract with CDM Technologies, Inc. The purpose of this proposed contract is to further SEAWAY integration to support warfighter mission threads experimentation in FY04-FY09. CDM Technologies, Inc. is uniquely qualified in their development of SEAWAY and has the expertise/experience that is required to integrate the necessary Integrated Cooperative Decision Making (ICDM)-based components, and to update the components to support the Marine Corps with logistics and command & control integration issues. Period of performance (POP) is for one (1) 36-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option years. POP is estimated to begin in August 2004. Task orders will be issued on an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) basis. Potential value of the total contract effort, including Options, is estimated at $8,000,000.
