- This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to CST of America, Inc. on a Sole Source basis to purchase a Frequency Domain Solver (Node Locked) License# 3920-1). FOB Destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. CST of America, Inc. is the manufacturer and FAR Part 12 applies. All interested parties must be a small business.
