This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The original Response Date of 6 July 2004 associated with this announcement was for posting purposes only; no response is required. Quantities stated below are estimated total requirements for the period ending 30 September 2004. It is anticipated that BPAs will be issued on or about 15 July 2004, with Request for Quotes (RFQs) for quantities to be included in initial Call Orders against these BPAs to be issued approximately 7 to 14 days later. Through 30 September 2004, the United States Army Communication and Electronic Command (CECOM) anticipates purchasing the following components through Call Orders placed against multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) established under Request for Prop osal (RFP) W15P7T-04-R-J204. These components are being acquired in support of CECOM Logistics and Readiness Center's 'Night Vision' spares program.
