- Description
- R- A/E Services for Infrastructure Upgrade of the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Centre Street, NY, NY. This modification is being issued to clarify the Submission Requirements on the Standard Form 330 “Architect-Engineer Qualifications.” Under Part I – Contract Specific Qualifications: The evaluation criteria shall be submitted as follows: (1) Past Performance of Design (35%) – The A-E firm and its Lead Designers shall submit … of not more than seven design completed within the past ten years. The seven projects shall be submitted under Section F, page 3, of the SF-330. Prepare one Section F for each project submitted and attach the additional pages requested behind this page, one typewritten narrative and three pages of graphics. The three pages of graphics can either be three 8”x10” photos or three 8 1/2” x 11” pages of photos, whichever you choose. Evaluation Criteria (2) Philosophy and Design Intent (25%), (3) Lead Designer’s Profile (15%), and (4) Lead Designer’s Portfolio (25%), shall be submitted for each Lead Designer under Section H, page 5 of the SF-330. Page 1 shall be completed for the A-E firm only. Under Section C “Proposed Team” include the name of the firm your proposed Lead Designer(s) is employed by, if not your firm. Section D is not required. Section E “Resumes of Key Personnel Proposed for this Contract” shall be completed for the A-E firm and each Lead Designer. For the Lead Designer this will be in addition to the information requested under the Evaluation Criteria. Section G shall be completed for the A-E firm and the Lead Designers. Under Section I please ensure that the form is signed by an authorized representative of the A-E firm. Under Part II – General Qualifications, Page 6, this page shall be completed for the A-E Firm only. Under Section 12 of this page, please ensure that the form is signed by an authorized representative of the firm. ALL OTHER ITEMS OF THE FEDBIZOPPS ANNOUNCEMENT POSTED ON JUNE 1, 2004 REMAIN UNCHANGED.
