Description: The USG proposes to acquire the installation and integration of the Lot 2, M-TADS/PNVS Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, for a quantity of 65 each and range qty of 1 to 72 into the AH-64A and AH-64D, to include training and upgrades to the TDS in support of th e APACHE Program. The US Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract by the authority cited in 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supp lies or Services Will Satisfy Aency Requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Rodger Pearson, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a pro posal which shall be considered by the agency.
