Description

FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO PAM MYRES, CONTRACTING OFFICER OR DEBRA HENDERSON, CONTRACT SPECIALIST. You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Pam Myres, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-876-9066 . NO TELEPHONE OR EMAIL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C0523AX, NSN: 3040-00-057-7293, P/N: 114C1014-21. This is a five year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 75 each and a maximum quantity of 375 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe with delive ries to Texarkana, Texas 75507-3000. Production lead-time is 75 each, 241 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, Route 291 and Stewart Avenue, Fidley Park, PA 19078-1099. The Government deoes n ot have adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ an d looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
