- Description
- Project consists of removal and disposal of existing water system structures, improvement of a protective cover over the existing spring develop, furnishing and installation of new spring collection box, hypochlorinator and enclosure, storage tank, hydrants, distribution lines, and all associated values. A new pre-cast concrete collection box will be furnished an installed to collection and distribution water from existing spring development. A protective EPDM liner will be furnished and placed on existing spring development and covered with selection borrow. Construction of hypochlorinator includes furnishing and in placing a pre-cast concrete box with lids and locking devices, low/high pressure hypochlorinator, meter, and all associated piping and valves. Construction of water storage tank includes furnishing and installing a 4000-gallon stainless steel storage tank. There will be approximately 3500 linear feet of 4-inch and smaller distribution waterline including 9 hydrants. This project is located within Mill Hollow Campground on the Heber Ranger District, approx. 1 mile south and 16 miles east of Heber City, UT. NOTE: All dates for issuance and closing of this RFP are dependent on the completion of the Environmental Analysis process. This procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
