Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development requires Armed Law Enforcement Services at 40 Marietta Street, NW, Atlanta, GA, to provide for the general public safety and a secure work environment for that location for a year's period beginning September 1, 2004. With their responses, quoters must provide the list of individuals who will be serving as the armed law enforcement officers under the order, along with documentary evidence that clearly indicates each officer's authority to perform apprehension, arrest, and ticket issuance in the jurisdiction of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, effective at the date of award. Documentation, such as a letter signed by the cognizant official of the appropriate jurisdiction, that indicates that the officer possesses these qualifications or a signed copy of the officer's employee identification card citing these qualifications MUST be submitted with the quote. Responses to this solicitation that do not contain this information will be considered non-responsive.
