- The Department is seeking a contractor to provide Field Review of Appraisals for the Greensboro, NC area comprised of the following counties: Mecklenburg, York, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, Rowan, Lincoln, Stanly, Anson, Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Randolph, Stokes, Davie, Surry, Yadkin, Catawba, Caldwell, Burke, Alexander, McDowell, Buncombe and Henderson. The contractor must be a licensed or certified apprasier for the State of North Carolina, have FHA experience, and be on the FHA Roster. The contractor will be required to perform on-site interior and exterior appraisals, and will be required to complete an Appraisal Reveiw Report (APR) for each property. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. NAICS code 531320 and business size standard of $1.5 million.
