- Description
- The Government intends to procure Tulips, Narcissus, Hyacinth, Muscari, Anemone bulbs for the upcoming autumn planting season. The bulbs will be shipped to areas within Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia. This procurement is a 100-percent, total, small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on June 25, 2004, at the following website: ideasec.nbc.gov. Search for RFQ under the solicitation number listed under the National Park Service solicitations. You must register to be able to view the solicitation's clauses and attachments. No hard copies of the solicitation are available. All technical questions must be emailed to me at Linda_K_Hook@nps.gov. Technical questions will be accepted until 4 PM EST, July 1, 2004. The responses to the technical questions will be provided within Amendments to the solicitation on the website. All offers are to be mailed or hand-delivered. The closing date of this solicitation is 4 PM Local Prevailing Time, July 7, 2004. All responsive, responsible offers will be evaluated.
