- Contractor shall remove existing coatings from stucco, wood cornice and wood ceiling, the repair of the stucco, the preparation of the stucco surface for new coating, the application of new mineral coatings, the preparation of the wood cornice and pediment for painting, the painting of the wood cornice, pediment and wood trim around roof. The contractor shall be certifed and have 5 years of experince working with mineral coatings. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is under $100,000. This procurement is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238320 with a small business size of $12 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $12 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about June 29, 2004. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
