- Description
- Single award contract beginning September 1, 2004 and ending August 31, 2005, plus up to 3 optional 12-month extension periods. Approximate orders per year: Letterhead; 30 to 56 orders, Note-pads; 8 to 24 orders. Approximate copies per order: Letterhead; 1,000 to 30,000, Note-pads; 100 to 2,000. Operations include electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Letterheads and Note-pads print one side only in black, a single ink color other than black or black and one additional ink color. Letterhead trims to 8-1/2 x 11 inches all four sides. Note-pads trim to 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches. Note-pads in units of 25, 50, or 100, padded on the 5-1/2 inches edge, with approximately .020 inch thick chipboard for backing.
