- FOURMILE CREEK ROADS: Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to rebuild and aggregate surface approximately 3 miles of primitive roads at 2 sites, grade and surface three parking areas, resurface one campground, place rock barriers and build wood fence and steel gates. Work is located in Fremont County, Colorado. *** Government estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Bonds will be required. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted o/a July 7, 2004. Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive contract award, and will facilitate payment.
