- This requirement is for Contractor Logistical Support for material life cycle management requirements of the U. S. Naval Reserve (USNR) Single Site Storage Facility (SSSF). The contractor shall provide the qualified personnel and acquire materials as directed by the Government to meet critical CBR-D requirements to ensure the serviceability and readiness of assigned CBR-D Individual Protective Equipment (IPE), and accuracy of information management databases at the SSSF. At a minimum, the contractor shall provide support covering the following broad areas: supply chain management, technical, facilities, information management resources, maintenance and maintenance planning, packaging, packing, handling, storage, training and training support. The contractor shall provide a local office in New Orleans, LA. The Government will lease warehouse space in Ft. Worth, TX to support t he SSSF operational requirements. he preponderance of work will be accomplished at the contractor’s New Orleans, LA location and the Government’s SSSF, Fort Worth, TX. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 541990. The small business size standard is $6 million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The anticipated contract period will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods.
